Kestner doll markings 221 JDK-plz any help?!?

Does anyone know what the top line says? 
what all of it says? I know it is a Kestner German Antique quite rare but I cannot find any info on the “jewell and Lindy” part and I cannot read that top line? Can an expert help me?

Hopefully someone who is an expert can help but it's impossible to see anything of the top line writing in the photo.  I suggest you take a tight sharp close up just the writing in question and also provide a photo of the front of the doll.

The top line reads Made in (Germany)

Ges. gesch  short for Gesetzlich geschützt means legally protected or copyrighted.

Post your doll on the Doll Board. Some knowledgeable Kestner posters there can probably help. 

They will need to see pictures of the entire doll front and back, close up of the neck markings.

The size of the doll. I assume this is the Googly Eye doll, produced and re-produced in different sizes.
