Hi @maewashi-geri

You can, if you insured that way and if you meet the requirements. Why do you think you can't?

Re: Shipcover claim - why are the directions to file a claim incorrect???

Thank you!
According to these instructions:

  1. Go to Shipping labels in My eBay or Seller Hub.
  2. Find the shipping label for the item and select Create claim under More actions.
  3. Fill out the claim form.

a claim form exists. I follow the instructions and there is no claim form - only options to reprint the label or cancel the order.

Any ideas as to why the directions would state the above and yet that option doesn't exist?

Hi @maewashi-geri

You may have failed to purchase the insurance, it may be too early or too late to file the claim, the country the item was shipped to is not covered, the item you shipped is not covered. The exclusions are in the link I provided (you may have to do some clicking to open up more information there.
