Calling all experts on this Gorgeous Brooch signed by Art. bought it at an Estate sale for 4.00 However I am not sure what style it is or how to write a description or how to even price it.. 4 inches long . Thank you

Greetings from Philadelphia.   My suggestion is that the piece is @ 1970s Victorian Revival. ART is an early-1950s to 1980 company. Recall all the "granny" dresses and similar fashions of the very late 60s to early 70s, and I'd put this pin there.  Try a sold search for ART brooch and see what turns up.
