Will switching to a weekly subscription rate rather than a monthly rate change the amount of items you can list?

I currently pay $21.95 per month for my subscription a weekly subscription rate is something like 4. 95 a month.

I see $21.95   month for a "basic store" if an annual subscription.

I see $4.95  month for a "starter store" if an annual subscription.

I have never heard of a "weekly" subscription. (there is much I have never heard of)
