What are these ?

Hi - Does anyone have any idea what these doll like things are? They have

numbers printed on the plastic body which I have googled with no luck. I've also

looked under puppets, stick dolls, cup cake toppers, etc.  They are approx. 4" tall

and made in Taiwan. Thank you!

Those look like older Cake toppers to me. Newer ones rarely have clothing, hair, floppy ears, dresses... etc..  All of the details are molded/painted on the characters. My wife has been baking custom cakes for people in our area for years, and we have boxes of loose toppers but none in them that look like those. I know, because I often get the honor of searching through the toppers.

If you do a search for cake toppers on ebay you will receive 110,000+ results. So trying to find those specific ones may be very hard.  If you are trying to find a price for them, I doubt you could get even $2 for the two good ones.   The most expensive toppers are the Cartoon Character ones, and some of the more ornate wedding toppers.
