The gray one is a Mantua.  Dates from around 1952.

 

Black one, if the shell is plastic, is likely a Bachmann.   If a metal shell, I would guess Penn Line.

If the ASTF, 0-4-0 saddle tank locomotive has "88" molded on the front of the boiler casing, it is a Life-Like brand engine.
