Looking to identify...

I've only found one other that came up in a Care Bears feed on pinterest. I assumed it was fake when I purchased it, but it is so unusual. The eyes and moon symbol look like 2000's Bears esp Nanco on the eyes. It has a tag, but it's not legible.

Looks like a pig, but the only Care Bears pig I can find is yellow with an ice cream cone on it. Eyes look wrong for a Care Bear according to GF.

Can you post a pic of the tag even if not legible? People might be able to make out some clues from it.

Google lens search didn't turn up a match, nor did a search for care bear moon or other similar terms.

I'm not an expert in this field, but it looks like it might be a knock off.
