Do all Baby Shirley Temple dolls have flirty eyes. Also can the crier be in her back?

I'm not a doll collector, but a quick search on ebay shows that Ideal, Danbury Mint and Madame Alexander all made Shirley Temple dolls. You may want to post some photos of the one you have and look under the hair on the back of its head to or on the feet to see if there is a MFR's name.
