Are buyers of video games scamming by purchasing the games, copying them and returning them?

Ive had several people buy gamess then claim them to not be working and send them back for returns?  Anyone else experience this?

You mean like folks who purchase prom dresses then return them after the prom? 

You mean like folks who purchase books, then return them after having read the book? 

When selling online to perfect strangers one takes a chance, there are no guarantees in life. You cannot prove the buyer did what you claim. Best of luck to you....
