@bestconsultants Signature is required for items over $750. Personally I add onto items over $250 but either way let your buyer know when it is being added to the purchase so they are aware that they will need to sign for it.
On the 1099 Ebay doesn't currently send them out.. that will change in the future when paypal stops handling the money for ebay.
Paypal sends a 1099 if you sell over 20 thousand dollars GROSS and 200 items, that means it includes your shipping charges too. So you will need to itimize and deduct those from your taxes as expense and your sellers fees for ebay and paypal are deductions from your gross too.
Even if you do not sell enough to receive a 1099 from paypal you are still supposed to declare any profit you make as income.
