Looking for advice on where to report a buyer who is attempting to purchase outside of eBay. I received an email with a "text me" message. I know this is against policy. Can it be reported or only ignored?
Why would you care? You're probably within the group of people constantly complaining about Ebays fees, this buyer may just be trying to save both of you some fees. Just ignore it, it's not that hard...
