A few days ago this square help icon appeared on the right side of My Ebay page and stays in the same position when you scroll down. It contains a few FAQs for new users and is totally uselss for anyone who has been using Ebay for a few months. If you enlarge the screen, it covers selling prices, dates or whatever else happens to be in the way. There is no way to turnh it off. Either pin it to the top of the screen or get rid of it.
ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!! Even a new user can fine Help & Contact at the top of the page!! YES...it covers what I'm trying to look at which means I have to scroll up and down over and over to see what I want!! Any way we can get them to listen and take this stupid idea off our page??
