Not a fisherman of any sort but think that if they go between the line and hook (with hook attached to it), they would be a spoon. If they attach to the line and have a lead attached at the same end and can rotate around the line when pull through the water, they would be a spinner. Not real clear on the 2ed one but looks like they both would be spoons.
From the definition of fly fishing, these would not be used for that.
