Hey stone!
No mushrooms, but hubby has his beer stocked ... that's normal for him, nothing to do with quarantine 🙂
Are you stocked up? Got all of your medications refilled?
We tried to do just normal food shopping yesterday. The preppers were out in force. The shelves are bare.
Our Winn-Dixie supermarket has put a limit on how much paper products you can buy. The toilet paper shelves have been empty for a week ... hoarded as soon as it was restocked. People were losing their minds.
So, they have moved on to bread. I can't figure that one out. Bread does not have a very long shelf life here. Bakery bread goes bad in 2 days. Packaged bread might get a week.
Our friends that have property up in (very) rural Alabama are getting ready to bug out for the duration. He is over 70, she's getting close and they have a 35 yr old Downs Syndrome daughter.
Hubby and I are not panicking but we aren't taking it lightly either. Florida has 149 confirmed cases as of this morning and one death. Alabama has 22 confirmed cases. We have zero reported cases here in Escambia County.
