I started a return. Seller accepted but wouldnt give me a label. Managed to get ebay during the evening but not UK. Cant escalate the case even though the date has passed for escalation. Cant get UK support, the telephone number i had gives me some instruction as to what to do online, then cuts me off. So I cant talk to anyone, cant escalate the case and cant even access support. it tells me to come back after 5am.... its now 10:40am?
I am rapidly losing faith in ebay.

Customer Service on ebay.com is for members in the USA and Canada, and runs on PST,. 5am to 10pm.
I suggest you return to your home site and try the following:
