went back to seller

I ordered item from seller in Me. I am in Al. The item arrived in Birmingham and then got lost. The tracking shows that the item ended back up in Lincoln Me and was picked up by an individual. I have tried to contact sell but no response. Ebay wont let me proceed because USPS shows delivered. Problem is that it was delivered back to the seller I tried to talk with customer service or any person YOU CANT. Need suggestions

It was not delayed shipping but I had to choose a label

Now you have to move up to PayPal here and file an Item Not Received dispute to get your refund. Unlike eBay, PayPal does not consider delivered unless tracking show that in your zip code.

Otherwise @po-sam file a chargeback with your card issuer and provide that tracking to get your refund.
