tracking number winit with no information? what should i do ?? help!!!!

hi guys i bought some itens in 10 august (26 days ago) and the seller priveded an tracking number with 30 numbers , but the ebay still showing the same message until know

"The seller has provided a tracking number. The tracking status will be updated once the shipment reaches the carrier."

is possible that the seller provided an fake tracking number ?? what should i do ??

What you should do is wait until after the last estimated delivery date. If the item still hasn't arrived, you can then open an item not received case with eBay.

ok i will do it in september 28 but have u ever experienced this ?? i tryied to put the tracking number on this website http://track.winit.com.cn/tracking/Index/result

but i haven't got any information i am wondering if the seller even shipped my item

I've had several items sent from China without being able to track them. Fortunately, I did receive them all.

It happens all the time, especially with Chinese sellers. Do as you have been told, open a INR case in eBay 1 day after the expected delivery date. Follow the prompts after that. Do not let the seller talk you into closing the case unless you have received your items.

I have recently purchased ebay items where the seller provides a "winit" tracking number. This number is only valid for inside China tracking, if at all. In the future I will ask seller if they use "winit" for shipping and if so, I will shop else where. In addition if ebayers' give sellers 0 stars for shipping with "winit" tracking number, they will fix it pdq or winit will go out of business. A "winit" tracking number is pretty much worthless!
