Sorry don’t know where your Skoda card is.
Try asking your seller through the listing. If you don’t receive your item by the last estimated date of delivery, you can open an item not received case.
To do that go to your purchase history, click the drop down menu it will say MORE ACTIONS.
Click “I didn’t receive it”. then confirm request.
Your seller has 2 days to upload tracking showing delivery or refund, if by day 3 you don’t receive tracking or refund. You can go back to the case and that’s when you can ask eBay to step in.
