Why did you not update the new address when you move. Did you put in a change of address at the post office to get the mail forwarded? Anyway, did the seller shipped? There really isn't much that you can do. If the person that lives there is honest, hopefully they refuse the package and it goes back to the seller. Then if the seller is nice, perhaps they can refund the price of the item minus the shipping. You do not deserve the shipping fee back since this was your mistake.
Make sure that you delete the old address and add the new one. Next time that you win, go slow when you pay and make sure that the address is correct.
