seller page was deleted

Hi,

I brought this Item under a guest account. I brough a similar figurine from my ebay account (which is under the same email and card number used to to buy this item) and recieved an email saying this item was listed by an unauthorized 3rd part and the seller account was deleted. I filed a cased in the reolution centre for the 2nd figurine but having trouble doing for this item since it doesnt show up in my purchase history. please help me get my refund.

Click View Order Details after the guest account login --

and on that Order Details page --

under Additional options, select I'm be didn't a receive.

Ignore ebay, go to PayPal. Find the transaction and report it as an INR.
