return request for a supplement as Doesn't work or defective

The buyer claims the supplement did not work for him and asking a refund. How is this possible? I am not selling a magic pill, i am not manufacturer i am selling a supplement as is. and it states on the bottle consult your doctor prior to use if you have or suspect a medical condition etc..

 

and this does not mean the product defective or does not works. what is going on here? I should have listened my gut and cancel his order at the first place with his buying profile. so what kind of option do i have here?
