negative feedback for shipping time that is out of my control due to COVID

I just received negative feedback from a buyer because the item did not get to her within the priority suggested time frame. I mailed out the item via priority within two days. Due to COVID it took longer than it should have. However there is nothing I could have done to prevent this. The buyer never contacted me about this issue. Just left negative feedback then send me a note. I checked and tracking advised it would be late due to covid issues.

Call and complain. Everyone is having all negs and neutrals removed. There is no such thing as a buyer's opinion anymore, or at least until Covid is over.

The announcement states it will automatically be removed. Is this true or do you have to call. Do you know how long it takes the system to remove it? thanks
