I just received negative feedback from a buyer because the item did not get to her within the priority suggested time frame. I mailed out the item via priority within two days. Due to COVID it took longer than it should have. However there is nothing I could have done to prevent this. The buyer never contacted me about this issue. Just left negative feedback then send me a note. I checked and tracking advised it would be late due to covid issues.

Call and complain. Everyone is having all negs and neutrals removed. There is no such thing as a buyer's opinion anymore, or at least until Covid is over.
