why after i filed item not received on aug 19 ebay has me waiting until aug 25 ?thought it was only 3 days??so actually i cant do anything else until aug 26 ??thanks..
On eBay.com (USA) you wait 3 days then return to the case and ask eBay to step in on the 4th day which, by my math, would have been the 23rd, so I am not sure where you are getting your information.
I have the email sent to me from ebay where it says if seller doesn't respond or we cant agree I can ask ebay to step in on that date.when I filed it was weekend so I assume in the morning I can ask ebay to step in and help a obvious case where the seller has 19 negative feedbacks in a row and they all are for the same reason no reply to numerous emails and items not received.if I understand you correctly I should be able to ask ebay to step in and help in the morning which is the 25th?thanks
