I've been trying to purchase a $147 label for an item I sold to a buyer in Chile. I keep getting an error that "Something is wrong" "Try again later" I was able to get a phone call from an ebay rep who created an IT ticket. Other than that he did not have any other solution, suggested that I should try again later...
