eBay overcharging my customers for First Class

eBay wants to charge my customers $9.35; that's even above the retail rate ($7.95). Has anyone else run into this, and if so, did you figure out why it's happening and/or a way to work around it, aside from messing with package weight?

Sounds like your shipping calculator wants to charge the retail Priority price for Zone 1?  But that's inconsistent with the ZIP Codes you provided, as well as with "Pass on discount..".

Check to see if you have a $1.40 Handling Cost added to the shipping.
