If you have USPS Ground Advantage on your listings you can use it to ship to the EIS hub in IL. If you have USPS Priority then you should use that to ship to the EIS hub in IL. Make sure you have the package dimensions and the weight correct as it gives international buyers a more accurate shipping cost. On your free shipping listings you could use either method.

You should ship to the eBay International Shipping hub in Illinois or California by the same shipping method you use for your domestic buyers, whatever that happens to be.
