I sold a trading card for $23 and wanted to try eBay's Standard Envelope Service. When I go to their shipping label service the option is there but it is not available because it says, "Items in this category and price range are not eligible."
The category the card was sold under was: Toys & Hobbies > Collectible Card Games > CCG Individual Cards
I do not understand why this service is not available for me. I thought this was the very thing this service was made for. Does anyone know what the problem is and if I'll be able to use the service?

Ok. I don't know why this information isn't on the eBay Standard Envelope page. Didn't know I would need to dig deep into a ToS to find this information out for a simple problem.

Of course it should be on that basic info page. I only knew it because I remembered it from the original announcement.
