USPS damage claim

I am seller, created a shipping label for USPS ground advantage, shipped item and it arrived damage.  Directions were to go to labels section and file a claim. There is zero choices to file a claim.  Please help or have someone contact me.  thank you.

USPS damage claim

Ask the buyer for a few pictures of the item and package, then refund the buyer.
Have the buyer hang on to the item and package so it can be inspected.
You file a claim with the carrier on their website.

Have a great day

You file the claim directly with USPS not via eBay. For details on how to proceed see this page:

USPS damage claim

When you are in the Labels Section click on the USPS Tracking Number and it should take you to the USPS web site where you can file a claim.
