On my main account I've sent out multiple shipments and sent it out on time, usps has been shipping my items way over estimated arrival times. In the last week I have recieved 5 INR cases and currently am down to 3 with 2 cases that will result in ebay giving me a defect for not delivering on time. I have never in the last 20 years recieved a defect so I am unsure as to what I need to do to prevent or remove the 2 defects that I will receive by Monday. Ebay stepped in and extended the INR case till the 8th so it's most likely not getting delivered by then.

As long as you ship within your handling time, you will not get a defect.
When you receive an INR case, Put in tracking into the case.
Also file a request with USPS for lost package. Sometimes that makes them move in the system.
Message the buyer that USPS is having issues because of weather and that you are watching the package to make sure it arrives as quickly as possible.
