I have a customer that is telling me that my store does not accept sending to a P.O. Box, If that is correct where do I go to correct this. Help large sell and he is waiting.

He is correct. I clicked on view listings and your first listing shipping details says excludes PO Box.
Put his user name on your blocked bidder exemption list. Refresh page and make sure it's there. After doing that he should be able to pay and then you can revise the shipping details in your listings.

Above post has a good solution for an instant remedy @patspotpourri which is to add that buyer's ID to your exemption list here: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
After that, you can set your shipping preferences.
Check here to see if you have PO boxes blocked at the account level (next to exclude shipping locations click the edit button):
If your exclusions are set at the listing level, you can pull your listings into the bulk editor and bulk edit your exclusions list.
If you use business policies, you'll have to change the exclusions within each policy here:
