Shipping label

I sold an item. It was advertised as UPS ground shipping. I purchased the label through eBay I entered the weight and measurements and bought the label and it's for usps post office mail. I don't feel comfortable shipping a $400 item through USPS and would like to refund that label to purchase the correct UPS  label. Don't know why it would have brought up USPS anyway.

Cancel the label and repurchase a UPS label.

You have 5 days to void the shipping label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the label.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.
