Hello! Anyone have experience or information on shipping circuit board with capacitors on them? Do postal carriers follow the same rules as shipping batteries? I don't know much about circuit boards or the components of them, and was curious if it's within USPS guidelines to shipping? Thanks in advance for any info! Much appreciated.

Bad caps can only rupture when they are active and powered, not when they are dormant while mounted on a PCB. Plus, the shippers specify lithium batteries, not electrolytic capacitors.
