Shipping Address Read as Phone Number

I have an international buyer from Singapore who has paid for an item but eBay is refusing to print a shipping label saying there is no destination country. Apparently it thinks the zip code is a phone number as shown in the attached. I am unable to cancel the order as each time I select the option to cancel order I am directed to the error page attached. The buyer is unable to request to cancel as well. Anyone know how to solve this eBay bug?

Change the order of the address lines. Put the ZIP code before the city name for example. Since you have not actually changed the address you should be OK.

That could be a  phone number. The zip/postal code is the 677708 number.

It looks like the wrong info is in the wrong fields so as someone suggested, you can change the fields.

Here is how a Singapore address should look once it is printed out:

*note that Singapore should be in the city field and also in the country field.
