Hi,
I buy iPhone, but after 2 weeks of using, battery is KO.
Seller say, that I should send iPhone back (return item) and he send me refund.
After 10 days, seller don't send my refund and don't reply to my question.
Please help

Did you open a return case on EBay or just send the item back to the seller?

I don't see item in purchase history, because i open my case and seller say, that only change battery. So case is close and I can't open new.

If you opened the case to change the battery, then you cannot return the iPhone in the same condition in which it was sent.

If your eBay case is closed you won't be able to open another case with eBay.
If you paid using PayPal log into your PayPal account and file a case there. Be sure to state that you have returned the item to the seller and give the tracking number so PayPal can see it.
Do not close the case until it's resolved. Be sure to ask PayPal to step in when you see that option available.

You can call your card company and start a charge back.
