I purchased a G042545 Donaldson Air Filter Housing For Kohler Engine on Jan 10, Order number 21-06395-36387. The item was received damage and unusable. A return request was initiated, Return ID

5173976321, Request amount $41.02, Seller djwhit844.

The return label was sent to me at a time Texas (my address 77354) was under winter storm and closed before power was restored and I was able to respond. I would like this case re-open since item is unusable. I reached out to seller  with no response.

If you paid with Pay Pal, they give you 180 days to file a claim, or file with your credit card.
