Need Help with Shipping Label - Address Issue

I'm reaching out because I'm currently facing a challenge with creating a shipping label for an order. The shipping platform is requesting a house number for the provided address, but the address doesn't include one.

I've already contacted the buyer, and I'm waiting for their response. Simultaneously, I reached out to the shipping platform, but I haven't received a solution yet. The address has been confirmed as valid by a tool on La Poste's website.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? How did you resolve it? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

If your buyer doesn’t respond with the information needed. I would cancel the transaction as problem with buyers address.
