I'm guessing the problem is too much information. It means something to the Global centre employees but nothing to anyone else.

I assume there was a delay for some reason. I would just check for movement over the next few days.

As long as you have tracking that shows it has arrived at the Global shipping centre you're pretty much covered.

It says there was a delay due to invalid data. License plate voided basically means they voided a tracking number. It's not something you need to worry about.

With Pitney Bowes, every piece in a mailing will have its own unique tracking number, a “license plate” that identifies it @buying4pleasure .

You can only get a number plate made up from a registered number plate supplier. The supplier will need to see original documents that : prove your name and address...show you're allowed to use the registration number.

Hi @giulius12 . Looks like they voided the tracking number (aka "license plate") when they sorted out the delay on your package. Since this is going through the GSP they will take care of it.

Thanks @wastingtime101 ,  the strange thing, the tracking shows a red exclamation mark with this note:

"PBI ha segnalato quanto segue in merito alla spedizione: License plate is voided. Per ulteriori informazioni, contatta Royal Mail."

translate in english

"PBI reported the following regarding the shipment: License plate is voided. For further information, please contact Royal Mail"

But the shipment is in Pitney Bowes depot, so the Royal Mail reference makes no sense.

Good morning,

I take the opportunity to update, after almost three days with no progress, tonight the eBay order page added a new tracking code. The new code is an UPBEE…. code, as @wastingtime101  correctly wrote earlier, the old tracking codes have been deleted and replaced by the new one. The progress stages of the new code start from the day the previous one was cancelled, so if they had promptly inserted the new one there would have been no doubt.
