Item didn't reach my home

I bought a new pair of Rebok shoes, they were shipped to someone else's home, in Erie PA. I live i knoxville Tennessee. I cannot get the seller to respond, to me. This is the item, seller and the item. I want a refund!

It's possible the seller added the wrong tracking number to your order @rebecca1_usa .

 

Contact the seller. If the seller doesn't respond within a reasonable amount of time (1-2 business days) then file a non receipt claim:

There's a current technical issue with filing non-receipt claims through the web. If you run into that you can either file through the app or contact customer service through chat or callback here:

Ask them to add your account to ALERT14812 (that's the tech ticket number for this problem) and they can also assist you with filing the claim.

 

The seller will have a few days to respond to the claim. If they don't, because there is tracking confirming delivery, escalating the case may result in the case automatically closing against you. To avoid having to go through the appeals process, if the seller does not respond with correct tracking or a refund, when it's time to escalate you should contact customer service and ask them to review the tracking which shows delivery to a different state.
