If you don’t want to sell internationally you can go into your account settings under shipping preferences and opt out.

I looked at one of your listings @passingtimeco and the answer is: yes, the listing offered eBay International Shipping aka EIS.

As wastingtime posted.......  you are in it, and your items that offered international shipping before will now ship via EIS to the countries that you choose to ship to.  Any country exclusions will be the same as in your listings.
