I want to return an item

hallo I want to return an item (Item: 273152943180)because it is damaged during the shipping or before that.My concern is that I can't be sure that the seller will return the money when item received.How can I be sure about that and is it possible that I lose the item as well as the money?

First, you need to read eBay's MONEY BACK GUARANTEE to see how you are protected when problems arise.

  Basically, you need to open a NOT AS DESCRIBED case through the Resolution Center.  Seller is responsible for return shipping cost.

  If, seller refuses, or gives you any guff, then, four days after opening the case, go back into it and choose the option to have eBay step in and help.  They will see to it that you get your refund.
