I purchased an item that was not as described. Escalated it to ebay and won. I received an email immediately after escalation stating the following:
"You must post the item back to the seller to be eligible for a refund. You can either print the label on eBay from the Resolution Centre or use your own label and add the tracking information to your case in the Resolution Centre. If you use your own label, you may not be refunded for the return postage"
However, the seller has just refunded me in full. There is no option to return the item. I cannot see the option to print the return label in the resolution centre. It just says the case has been closed. I want to return the item with ebay's print label. How do i do this?
Thank you

There’s no return label, when the seller refunded you, you were no longer required to return the item and the option to print a label went away. The seller probably doesn’t want to pay for return shipping & decided to just issue a refund.

If the seller didn't supply a return shipping label and just refunded your money, sounds like they didn't want the item returned.
