(If you don't have a +1 phone number, then use the human chat option or social media instead.)

Scroll to the bottom of the screen, click "contact us".   Drill down to the topic you need assistance with.  

When the chat box pops up if live help is needed click "see more" then click "contact an agent". This bypasses the chatbot and you can either chat with or get a call back from a real person.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

How are you in contact with this person?  If that's  the name of an eBay employee that's handling a payment for an item you found on another site it's a scam.  The numbers and email connect to the scammer that's trying to steal gift cards. You're  just trying to stay safe and verify right?  Am I warm?  AFAIK eBay employees just use their first names.

Not "talk" as in Oral Communication, but the reps at these addresses are eBay employees and are well trained.

I would suspect the person you spoke with because they do not normally give a full name. John Smith will just be John.  (Although I suppose John-John Smith would be John-John. ) (That was clearer in my head.)

The phone reps are subcontractors somewhere in Utah who mostly want you off the phone so they can fill their daily quota and get a pee break.

Hi can we talk. so on my account I have has about 82 items in it  but when I click check out it only shows about 13 or12 . and I’m trying to buy all at once .it Doesn’t say remove if they where already bought and they don’t say that  but besides the price and shipping so that means I can still buy it right and my total price for all is 2,262$
