Having problems getting my shipping costs to come out of the correct account

I purchase shipping through Ebay for items I sell. However, it goes to Paypal and then charges my regular checking account.  I have changed it to come out of the account that is just for Ebay but it is still not working.  What am I doing wrong?

Someone may come along and have a better answer, but....
I believe if you have more than one payment method set up for eBay, you can choose the shipping payment method on the print label screen.  
I may be incorrect, if so I will be happy to learn from others as well.

Just to verify....

When you print a label with ebay shipping you have 2 options (at the bottom of the shipping label page before you pay)

1) Pay the shipping from the "processing funds" from your Managed Payments account with ebay.

2) Pay with your linked Paypal account

Which are you trying to do?

If you have switched it to "pending funds" you have to have a positive balance prior to the payout (available funds)
