I'm having difficulty with a buyer in Spain who speaks very little English.
I have used the global shipping program (...never again!) to send a parcel to him and he doesn't seem to understand I can't track it once it leaves the UK. He keeps asking me where it is and today he asked me If I've posted it. It was already received at the eBay sorting centre. I have explained he was sent the tracking number from eBay and I don't have it but I don't think he understands.
To confirm:
Am I correct that the buyer receives the global tracking number?
Is there a way for me to find out what the tracking number is? (I only see the Royal Mail tracking number)
Thank you!

The GSP sends the buyer a new tracking number once they've shippped the package. Your liability ends when the item is delivered to the GSP. You could use google translate to respond to the buyer in spanish, that might help. It appears that the GSP tracking number is only given to the buyer.

Thank you, that confirms what I thought.
