I had an shipping overcharge back on April 9 from a sale on 3/29. I have contacted ebay 2x and it's yet to be returned. Whom do I open a BBB complaint with; ebay or Fedex?
It'd be in eBay's best interest to return the money + interest and settle with FedEx directly TBH.
