Ebay International Shipping Option

Where did the Ebay International shipping option go when creating a listing? I haven't seen it for a few months, but it's bugging me now... I see all other options, but this was the most affordable and attractive for my buyers because of it. Can anyone help with this?

Once you opt in to EIS there is nothing you need to do. 

Listings that can be shipped with EIS show up as shipping to the approved countries.

The listing I checked shows you're opted in to Ebay International shipping.
