Howdy!
I've recently noticed a change in the shipping metrics, under the "tracking uploaded on time" it used to read a percentage (example, 97.5%), now it just shows a 2 digit number (example, 17). What is the correct way to understand/perceive this new change? Thanks!

HHmmm, that's interesting. Perhaps they are rolling out a new metric and only some are seeing it. I wish I knew how to understand how it works! The 17 I am seeing, what does it represent? How many I've had uploaded in a month? What is the gauge for getting dinged? Too many questions and no answers as of yet!

Well, a quick look see shows you have sold 19 items. Maybe the 17 is the number that was uploaded on time (meaning 2 were late). If they were doing the percentages then that 2 would translate into an 89.5% on time which is a disastrous percentage.
My thought at this point would be "SSSHH!!"
