Case on hold

I need some help from eBay support, I have a case on hold from a refund, because I came have responded from the seller, and the case I marked case on hold, because, say I have to provide more information, but I don't receive no email. Can some helping please

Case on hold

If I understand you correctly, you need to furnish what they request through the resolution center.  Why would you need to receive an email?  You should only be communicating about the case through the resolution center.

eBay sends the same "we placed the case on hold for 5 days to await more information" message @bfslemos to both buyer and seller, but it's intended for the seller only. Just ignore your seller, and wait for your refund.
