Hello everyone I have a buyer who lives in Costa Rica and had her item sent to California and a friend brought it to her but when receiving the item she said it doesn’t fit. The item is an Extra Small and she is Claiming it’s a Small I did buy the item in store so I have proof it’s an Extra Small. She wants a refund but she says she can’t ship it back because she lives in Costa Rica and just wants a refund. It says on my page no returns. I would’ve gladly accepted her return though but she doesn’t want to ship it back? I would refund her if I got my item back Am I in the wrong?
