Buyer claiming item damaged

When I shipped the iPhone to the buyer, there was no damage.  Now the buyer is saying there is damage.  What should I do?

Tell them to return if for a refund.

If the buyer opens a NAD Case then you accept the return & refund after receiving the item. 

In the meantime brace yourself to receive a different phone or perhaps an empty box.
